I'm holding an exhibition in Bath in January and thought this might be of interest to you.
In brief, after studying Art, History and English at King’s, with the wonderful Dr Mott as my history teacher and unforgettable Mr Spalding as my academic tutor, I went on to study history at Durham. A PGCE in Art at Cambridge followed which led to teaching Art and History at Pate's Grammar School in Cheltenham.
I then took a Masters at Cardiff before becoming Artist in residence at Harrow school. After many years of working as a professional artist, exhibiting at the Royal Academy, Royal West of England Academy and other galleries across the UK and France I decided to pursue my dual passions of Ceramics and History through a PhD which I have just completed.
The exhibition is the culmination of this work which looks at the history of landscape through ceramic, print and photographic process.
